I’ve had a bottle of Sriracha in my food cupboard for a long, long time. And up until a few weeks ago, I didn’t use a drop of it.
We all have our little food obsessions, don’t we? Take me for example. It’s no secret that I’m absolutely crazy for all things salted caramel and it is no secret anymore that I try and sneak some into pretty much any food I can get away with.
I can’t resist hot cross buns. Crunchy around the (toasted edges), soft in the middle and with loads of fruity gems, served still warm with a nob of salted butter, it’s my favourite part of Easter. Which might explain my natural tendencies to over-stock (and end up with multiple unopen packs come Easter Monday).
